Emma Morris

Director, Choreographer and Cast Member

As a performer, Emma has appeared in Annie – The Musical, Me & My Girl, Little Shop of Horrors, The Sound of Music, Jesus Christ Superstar and The Nat King Cole Story. She is an accomplished Cabaret singer and has appeared at Pizza on the Park, The London Hippodrome and Centre Stage. She was delighted to perform onboard the P&O Cruise liner Oriana during the ‘Around the World’ Cruise.

Whilst enjoying a varied career as a performer, Emma wanted to seek new challenges to fulfill her creative side! Having watched and performed alongside a huge variety of acts over the years, she felt she had a vast knowledge of cabaret, and what works best for specific types of audiences. She created SO PRODUCTIONS in 2003, and is very proud of the company’s achievements to date.

Emma has devised and created a wide variety of entertainment for some of the UKs top corporate companies. Her theatre show, SO MUSICALS has toured local theatres. She worked with Capitol Gold radio to produce a cabaret for ‘The Best Disco in Town’ at the London Hippodrome and was delighted when SO PRODUCTIONS went ‘international’, providing entertainment for First Choice overseas!

Emma McRae

Dance Captain and Cast Member

Emma has appeared in Annie the Musical, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Into the Woods, West Side Story, The Styne Way, Alice the Musical, The Scarlet Pimpernel and Musical Stages. She has also worked as a Singer/Dancer on the ms Carousel cruising the Mediterranean. Emma has danced at the Brit Awards and in the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. Emma is proud to be a founder cast member of SO PRODUCTIONS and has performed with us since 2003.

Becky Norris

Dance Captain and Cast Member

Becky has danced for P&O Cruises on its many luxury liners for many seasons. She was soon promoted to Dance Captain and then Assistant Choreographer for the Stadium Theatre Company who provide shows for the entire P&O fleet. She teaches dance at the Arts Education Stage School and for Stagecoach.

Binny Lee

Choreographer

Binny has appeared in Oh What A Night, The Lily Savage Show and Thursford Christmas Spectacular. TV credits include Top of the Pops, This Morning, The Generation Game and The Disney Channel. She often appears as part of the Stadium Theatre Company on various P&O luxury ships. Binny choreographs for corporate events, fashion and hair shows and pop videos.

Paul Crew

Musical Director

Paul studied Piano and Oboe at The Royal Academy of Music.   He was worked with some of the biggest names in showbusiness including Shirley Bassey, Gloria Gaynor, Michael Ball and Jack Jones. He is also much in demand in the theatre, playing in shows including Aspects of Love, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Blood Brothers and Hairspray. His Musical Director work ranges from cabarets and concerts to new musicals. He is delighted to be Musical Director for SO PRODUCTIONS and enjoys playing with the SO SWING Trio.

Cast

Tim Driesen

Tim has appeared in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Starlight Express, Bat Boy, Thank you for the Music, Mamma Mia, Never Forget and We Will Rock You. He has appeared in several TV adverts and on This Morning.

Michelle Pentecost

Michelle has appeared as Angel in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Diane in 42nd Street. She has also appeared in the UK tour of Annie the Musical.

Her most exciting role to date is understudying and playing the role of Elpheba in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, London.

Gerry Atkins

Gerry has performed in many musicals including Metropolis, Calamity Jane and Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita and The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas. She has appeared in panto as Alice Fitzwarren in Dick Whittington and Princes Balroubador in Aladdin. Gerry has worked extensively with Celebrity and Princess Cruises traveling around the world on board the Millennium, Zenith, Infinity, Constellation and the Ocean Princess.

Mark Inscoe

Mark has appeared in Beauty and The Beast, The Rat Pack, Sweet Charity, Whistle Down the Wind, Sweeney Todd, Grand Hotel, Sunset Boulevard, Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Sound of Music, Mack and Mable, Evita, Anything Goes and Priscilla – Queen of the Desert…. To name but a few! He also has an impressive TV, Radio, Recording and Concert repertoire. Mark is always in demand!

Chris Warden

Chris has appeared in Back to Broadway, Noel and Cole and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Chris spent several years working for P&O Cruises. He featured in numerous shows on the ships working with the esteemed Stadium Theatre Company. He ultimately achieved the prestigious position of Cruise Director.

Francis Haugen

Frances' most recents show was 'Singin' in the Rain' at the Palace Theatre London, when he understudied and played the lead role of Don Lockwood.

Other musical theatre includes Billy Lawler in 42nd Street, Me & My Girl, Legally Blonde, Hello Dolly, On the Town and Gigi to name but a few.
He trained at the Arts Educational School.

Alison Guill

Alison has performed as Fiordiligi in Opera UK’s Cosi Fan Tutti, Dorinda in Handel’s Orlando and Carlotta in the West End Production of The Phantom of the Opera. She also appeared in Scrooge the Musical on tour, and Showboat at the Royal Albert Hall. More recently she has appeared as the Baroness in The Sound of Music.

Andrew Jeffrey

Andrew has appeared in Les Misérables at the Palace Theatre, London and The Beautiful Game at the Cambridge Theatre. He has also toured the country playing action / cover Riff in West Side Story, The Rocky Horror Show and Jesus Christ Superstar for the Really Useful Group.

Nova Skipp

Nova is an experienced musical theatre and cabaret performer, in the West End and on tour. Recent work includes cover Anna in The King & I, Acorn Antiques, Cats, Phantom of the Opera and ‘The Sound of Music’ at the London Palladium. Favourite cabaret appearances include Jermyn Street Theatre and the Pizza On the Park. Nova also regularly performs as Julie in her own show, ‘The Sound of Julie’, about the life and music of Julie Andrews.

Ian Kirton

Ian has appeared in Little Shop of Horrors, Living on an Island, Gladrags, Spirit of Broadway, Komplete Kander, Jason and the Argonauts & They're Playing Our Song. He played Bjorn in ABBA Celebration performing in Florida and has been lead production vocalist for P&O Cruises 'Headliners' Theatre Company for many seasons on a variety of their ships. Ian has a succesful cabaret act, appearing internationally (for more details see our CABARET page).

Ian is proud to be a founder member of SO PRODUCTIONS, and has appeared in every one of the SO PRODUCTIONS shows!

Technical team

Ryan Griffin

Technical

Ryan is an experienced Sound engineer and has worked on shows such as The Fantastiks, Sunset Boulevard, Aspects of Love, Candide, Guys and Dolls, Evita, The Woman in Black and Hairspray. He is part of the prestigious Loh Humm Audio Company and with them has worked worldwide on musicals, events and installations.

Tom Marshall

Sound Engineer

Tom began his career in l995 in London's West End. Specializing in mixing live sound, his theatre credits include Fame, Crazy for You, Oliver!, Showboat, West Side Story, Oklahoma!, Tess of the D'urbervilles, The King & I, My Fair Lady, The Full Monty, Anything Goes!, Acorn Antiques-The Musical, Porgy & Bess and most recently Oliver! at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

He has acted as Associate and Assistant Sound Designer for a number of shows and plays; Oliver! (UK Tour), Horrible Histories - Barmy Britain, Chess, Flare Path, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Never Forget - The Take That Musical, Daddy Cool, The King & I (UK Tour) as well as many other productions for smaller theatres.

As a freelance Sound Engineer Tom regularly mixes large corporate events and several music artists such as The Coral, The Lightning Seeds, Elaine Paige and the internationally acclaimed PJ Harvey.

 

Ryan Wilson

Technical

Ryan has been a freelance sound engineer for the past 9 years and runs his own sound company. He has experience in stage lighting, stage management, pyrotechnics and all other aspects of theatre, rock concerts, conferences and entertainment. Ryan has had the privilege of working with many big names including Keane, Westlife and Status Quo. He recently installed a sound system for Disney Cruises on their newest ship and engineered the Disney shows during the ships first months of service.
